“Software” means the veiled object/source code version of our proprietary enterprise software. The Software includes all applicable documentation as well as any software updates that we provide to you or that you may access under this Agreement. “client modification” means any software modification that customer may make exclusively to develop additional troubleshooting, adaptations or functions to open source licensed libraries, which may be included in the software or to which the software is linked. 18.4 Government Users. The products and documentation have been developed exclusively by private funds and are considered “Commercial Software” and “Computer Software Commercial Documentation” pursuant to Federal Procurement Regulations 12.212 and 27.405-3 and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement 227.7202-3. The Products are licensed to the U.S. Government End User as limited computer software and data with limited rights. Under this Agreement, no technical data or software software will be developed. Any use, disclosure, modification, distribution, or reproduction of the Products or Documentation by the U.S.
Government or its Contractors is subject to the restrictions set forth in this Agreement. Any other use is prohibited. GitHub Enterprise is the on-premises version of GitHub.com.
